CleverCam is a young technology company building intelligent solutions that combine AI, software, connected devices and security technology. CleverOS, our platform, runs armed response companies from the control room to collections.
We are looking for a recently qualified or final-year Industrial Engineer to join our team and become a key product specialist. The role suits someone who enjoys technology, problem solving and working with people, and who can quickly understand complex systems and explain them simply to others.
What you'll do
- Learn and develop a strong understanding of our technology, products and software.
- Configure, test and assist with commissioning systems.
- Onboard customers and partners and provide product training and demonstrations.
- Provide first-line technical assistance and investigate system issues.
- Develop simple training material, guides and procedures.
- Gather customer feedback and identify recurring problems.
- Apply Industrial Engineering principles to improve onboarding, support and business processes.
- Work closely with the technical, development and commercial teams.
What you bring
Essential
- Industrial Engineering degree or diploma, preferably newly qualified or final-year.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent computer literacy.
- Able to learn new technology quickly.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working directly with customers.
- Practical, organised and detail-oriented.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel.
Advantageous, not essential
- Experience in IT, networking, software, AI, electronics, automation, CCTV, IoT or technical support.
